This article covers how to access the Vendor Portal and invite your colleagues to collaborate.
Accessing the ZoneProcure Vendor Portal works in three steps:
Get invited: You must receive an email invitation from a ZoneProcure customer.
Initial access: Only the originally invited email address can log in. See How to Log In to the ZoneProcure Vendor Portal for detailed login instructions.
Add your team: Once logged in, the initial user can invite additional collaborators.
Navigate to the Members tab, then click +Add.
Complete their details, tick Send new member email, then click Add member.
