How to Invite Users to the ZoneProcure Vendor Portal

This article covers how to access the Vendor Portal and invite your colleagues to collaborate.

Accessing the ZoneProcure Vendor Portal works in three steps:

1. Get invited: You must receive an email invitation from a ZoneProcure customer.

2. Initial access: Only the originally invited email address can log in. See How to Log In to the ZoneProcure Vendor Portal for detailed login instructions.

3. Add your team: Once logged in, the initial user can invite additional collaborators.

Navigate to the Members tab, then click +Add. 

Complete their details, tick Send new member email, then click Add member.
